Proud To Receive The Bronze Award From The Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS)

This recognition celebrates our commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community and reflects our pledge to ensure that serving personnel, veterans, reservists and their families are treated fairly and with respect.

The Defence Employer Recognition Scheme encourages employers across the UK to support defence and inspire others to do the same. The scheme includes Bronze, Silver and Gold awards and recognises organisations that demonstrate their support for the Armed Forces community and uphold the values of the Armed Forces Covenant.

Achieving the Bronze Award means that we have formally signed the Armed Forces Covenant, communicated our commitment to our workforce and demonstrated our understanding of what it means to be a supportive employer for the Armed Forces community.

We're especially proud that this award recognises our intention to create an inclusive workplace where people with connections to the Armed Forces are welcomed, valued and given every opportunity to thrive. It also reflects our commitment to exploring ways we can continue to strengthen that support, whether through fair recruitment practices, supporting reservists, or encouraging involvement with cadet organisations.
