Pathways to Hope

Our Pathways to Hope project is designed to support trauma survivors build resilience and heal from trauma. Our goal is to create a place where you feel heard and validated. A place which helps you to build confidence and move towards a point in your life where you feel in control of your trauma rather than the other way about.

As part of Pathways to Hope, you will be offered: ​

  • 24 sessions of trauma-focused counselling

  • 16 weeks of group wellbeing sessions

  • Support for up to a year after completion

  • Training opportunities

  • Opportunity to become a Peer Group Facilitator

Stepping Stones

Stepping Stones is a six weeks programme for people struggling with their mental health as a result of trauma and is focused on helping you to build healthy habits and coping mechanisms. All sessions are held online with each week focusing on a specific topic or activity aimed at improving your mental wellbeing. You will also have the chance to meet our members of staff, volunteers and previous clients and hear about our work at Trauma Healing Together from different points of view. Starting on the 18th of February, sessions will take place every Tuesday at 7pm for 45 minutes.
