Pathways to Hope for Diverse Ethnic Communities

We also offer the Pathways to Hope programme, our flagship project, to women from Ethnic Diverse Communities. This programme consists of 12 weeks of group wellbeing activities alongside 16 one-to-one counselling sessions with a specialist counsellor.

This is a FREE service and you do not need a clinical diagnosis. Everyone is welcome to refer themselves. After your referral, we will invite you to a relaxed, friendly initial intake chat. This is an opportunity for you to get to know us, learn more about the programme, and help us understand how we can best support you.
