About the Role
The postholder will lead on the development, coordination and continuous improvement of the Pathways to Hope programme, with a particular focus on ensuring it is accessible and supportive for autistic and neurodiverse individuals.
Working closely with the Project Manager, facilitators, volunteers and external partners, the role will combine programme development, training delivery, stakeholder engagement, evaluation and quality assurance. The successful candidate will champion neurodiversity inclusion, support clients with autism within group and workshop settings, and equip staff and volunteers with the knowledge and confidence to deliver trauma-informed and autism-friendly practice.

About the Role
The postholder will lead the development and coordination of a veteran-focused Pathways to Hope programme. They will work strategically to establish and nurture partnerships with veteran charities, armed forces networks, local authorities and health providers to increase engagement and collaborative working.
Alongside partnership development, the role will oversee programme delivery, ensure trauma-informed best practice, support facilitators and volunteers, and monitor impact. The successful candidate will combine strong relationship-building skills with an understanding of trauma and the specific challenges veterans face.​​​​

About the Role​
Trauma Healing Together is a registered charity requiring an organised, pro-active and friendly person to support the charity to raise funds.
We are looking for someone who has experience of organising community events and feels confident building reaching out to organisations and building relationships.
As part of this role, you will be offered training in trauma, reimbursed for travel costs and will receive mentoring from an experienced fundraiser. You will be joining a small inclusive team where you will have lots of opportunities to develop your skills and build experience.

Trauma Healing Together is a registered charity requiring an organised, creative, and passionate person to support the charity in achieving its vision.
We are looking for someone who has experience in social media to work alongside our PR volunteer and Events and Marketing Officer.
As part of this role, you will be offered training in trauma and will receive regular mentoring. You will also be offered the opportunity to improve your skills and knowledge by attending our comms and marketing strategic planning meetings.

Post Title: Trustee x 1
Contract Type: Volunteer, fixed term for 2 years
Responsible to: Board of Trustees
Hours: 3 hours a month. All meetings are held online, apart from our annual strategy day which takes place at our premises in Perth.

Campaigning/PR – A trustee who can strategically raise awareness of the organisation and have the knowledge, expertise and contacts to do this effectively.

HR - A trustee who provide guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of governance in policies and practice related to recruitment, retention, performance and reward as well as staff and trustee development.

Governance and Legal – A trustee who can advise and guide the charity to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and relevant legislation.
