TRAINEE COUNSELLOR PLACEMENT
We are looking for passionate individuals who can demonstrate compassion, empathy, self-reflection, curiosity, humour, sensitivity, energy and the courage to be transparent and authentic in a supportive and inclusive organisation that strives to create the space for these qualities. We don’t expect the ‘finished article’ however the successful candidates will have an openness to feedback and the confidence to reflect, sometimes move out with their comfort zone and keep growing.​
Key Duties are outlined within the job description. If successful at the recruitment stage, trainees will be required to undergo a PVG check and safeguarding training in advance of beginning the placement.
