What is it
Stepping Stones is a six weeks programme for people struggling with their mental health as a result of trauma and is focused on helping you to build healthy habits and coping mechanisms. Each week will be focused on a specific topic or activity aimed at improving your mental wellbeing. You will also have the chance to meet our members of staff, volunteers and previous clients and hear about our work at Trauma Healing Together from different points of view.
