Pathways to Hope for Ex-Forces
Transitioning out of service or living with the unaddressed impact of past military and personal experiences can present complex mental health challenges. Pathways to Hope is a specialised initiative designed to support veterans navigating trauma, regardless of whether it occurred prior to joining, during active service, or post-transition.
Key Features of the Programme:

-
Tailored Support: Evidence-based, 24 sessions of trauma-informed individual therapy tailored to the unique culture and needs of veterans.

-
Peer Community: Opportunities for shared connection and mutual support among former service personnel through 16 weeks of group sessions.

-
Accessible Pathways: Streamlined self-referral process alongside direct referrals from GPs, healthcare professionals, and partner organisations

Pathways to Hope is delivered on a face-to-face basis at our hub in Perth and as part of the project, clients will be expected to attend both the group and therapy element of the programme.
