About us

Trauma Healing UK was set up in March 2020 and became a registered charity in October 2020

The aim of our organisation is to provide a holistic and collaborative service which will be free to use for anyone who has experienced any form of psychological trauma in Scotland. As well as providing therapy, we hope to offer opportunities for training and personal development and the chance to shape the future of services and understanding of trauma through participation in research.

.

"Through counselling, I noticed the strength I have to be vulnerable and face challenges that are painful but beneficial for my well-being. I have become more confident and loving towards myself. I now feel more authentic and at peace with my true self."
